Grant Report
In the Grant Report grant recipients provide feedback on the project for which grant monies were received.
Final reports are due within 30 days of completion of the project.
Projects for 2023 MUST be completed and the final Grant Report received by September 30, 2023.
Grant Report Process Steps
1. Click the link to the Grant Report form at the bottom of this section, and it will open up the form in your browser.
2. There are two ways to complete the report.
—Download the form to your computer if you would like to take advantage of the fillable pdf form. Do not attempt to fill out the PDF form in your browser.
—You may print it immediately from your internet browser if you prefer to print the form and fill it out by hand.
Software that allows you to complete the fillable pdf form on your computer includes:

3. Fill out the PDF form completely, and save a copy of the completed PDF file to a name with identifying information (e.g., CCCC-Grant-Report-2022-your-name.pdf)
4. E-mail the completed report as an attachment to Contact us at: reports@curryccc.org no later than September 30, 2022.
